Observation Peak
 Hunt monster mule deer, antelope, ducks, geese, grouse,
chuckar, dove, valley quail, mountain quail, sage hen,
cottontail, varmints and predators on your very own
1200 acres surrounded by BLM land. Catch trout
10 pounds plus in the 100+ acre lake.
The ranch has a lake on the west end that the property
line runs through the middle of, so you will own the
east half of the lake, unless you want to do a land swap
with BLM. But don't be too quick to do it.....
After all, BLM stocks the lake!
The ranch also comes with a minimum of two of the
notorious X5B deer tags; these tend to be the most
sought after tags in California because this area is
well known to have the biggest bucks in the state.
The tags are to hunt your property with, and the
great part is that the ranch has property in three
different locations! You can hunt all over this zone.
The record book bucks winter on this ranch and when
you see them, you will realize that you don't need to
waste the money to go hunt out of state anymore.
The biggest bucks you'll ever see will be in your own
back yard. More Tags are available for this land,
you just need to apply for them.
Currently, there are no structures on the property so
you can build however you choose. Your own home,
cabin, or lodge. Be off the grid if you want.
This can be your own oasis. Maybe get a few hunting
and fishing buddies together and split the cost.
Maybe sell shares or memberships.
This part of the North State is popular for hunting clubs.
It's up to you.
You may never get the opportunity again to get so much
recreation for so little money. Look around and compare, do the math.
